Our school group sessions provide impactful lessons which implement specialized exercises from key focus exercises, eye-hand coordination and functional movement exercises which are not only based on priciples of golf but can be used in many other sport codes.

Our one-on-one session focus on individual attention to the more refined aspects of the game. Short game, chipping techniques, putting techinques and other refined game techniques. We also focus on core strengthening exercises which make the connection between mind and muscle easier.
Our programme begins with laying a solid foundation of the basics of each swing, then builds upon that, as it takes time to construct a good swing, and develop the correct frame of mind.
